Who is Gila Archer?

I am a busy mum of 3 children and a passionate Pilates Instructor. I hope you have signed up for the 5 day challenge and will be joining me on your Pilates journey to regain and improve your fitness. I will provide you with engaging and varied workouts each day, I will help you achieve your fitness goals and empower you to challenge your body and your mind in new and inspiring ways.
