The Basics to Safe and Efficient Movement
Spinal Mobility 2 week programme*
Work through the programme at your own pace. Aim to do the number of repetitions outlined on the programme, but take a rest in between the repetitions or between each exercise if you need to.
You will gain more benefit by performing the moves to the best of your ability and doing fewer, than trying to do more and losing your technique.
It's about quality NOT quantity.
1. Download and print off your programme
2. Follow the corresponding exercise on the video for the number of repetitions on your programme.
3. It should take you about 20 minutes each day. Little and often is the key.
4. Once you have completed this programme (it takes you through 2 weeks), then move onto the next 2 week programme below.
