Essentially, Wall Pilates is a form of Pilates that involves using a wall as a prop to enhance and modify traditional Pilates exercises.
So I thought I would put together a fun Wall Pilates workout for more advanced Pilates goers.

Using beautiful music I am choreographing simple and effective combinations and exercises applying the principles of ballet and Pilates both at the barre and on the floor.
When and Where: Online - you'll receive a recording of the class to keep and do at a time that is convenient to you and as many times as you wish.
Who: Men and Women, all abilities, no Pilates or ballet experience necessary.
You will need: mat, chair/wall, resistance band (not essential), ballet shoes - optional.

Super Sculpt Stability Ball Pilates Workout
I love using the stability ball in Pilates; it's fun, challenging and such a great workout for the whole body.
So I've created a 45 minute class for all levels, whether you've used a stability ball before or not.
Give it a go..you may surprise yourself!
When and Where: Online - you'll receive a recording of the class to keep and do at a time that is convenient to you and as many times as you wish.
Who: Men and Women, all abilities, some Pilates experience recommended, but you don't need to have used the ball before.
You will need: mat, stability ball (approx 26 inches), sense of humour and a 'can do' attitude.
