Learn to let go of those beliefs and habits that are no longer serving you.

A flexible spine is a healthy spine and allows you to move freely and with confidence. In today's sedentary world, keeping our backs mobile is a priority.

Day 3
Move your mind: Open a different book
Choose to be a strong, active woman who looks after her health and fitness and smash your excuses to smithereens.
Move your body: Bitesize Pilates - Strong to the core
Every movement starts with the core and it needs to be strong to maintain a good posture, enable you to move with ease and do all the things you want to do.

"I know myself and I know that come a Friday evening the only stretching I will be doing is helping the perfectly chilled Sauvignon Blanc make its way from the fridge to my glass. But not this Friday. Oh no!
