1 soft Pilates ball

• Allows you to work different parts of your body in ways you can't do on a flat floor. 

• It can add additional support and it can add additional challenge to your Pilates practice.

It will arrive flat and can be easily inflated by blowing it up by mouth.

An inflating straw and a stopper is provided.  It can be inflated to between 6inches and 8 inches to suit you.
